MO-CLAMP® Return Policy

At MO-CLAMP®, we are committed to providing professional-grade collision repair tools built to last. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process and stand behind our products with a Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

30-Day Return Policy

Products purchased directly from MO-CLAMP may be returned within thirty (30) days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in resalable condition.
  • The product must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • The product must be free from damage, misuse, modification, or excessive wear.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from MO-CLAMP prior to returning the item.

Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date are not eligible for refund unless covered under the MO-CLAMP Lifetime Warranty.

Return Authorization (RMA)

Before returning any item, customers must contact MO-CLAMP to obtain an RMA number.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Company name
  • Product part number(s)
  • Reason for return

Returns received without an RMA may be refused or delayed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • MO-CLAMP shipped the wrong item.
  • The product arrived damaged in transit.
  • The product is determined to be defective upon inspection.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. MO-CLAMP is not responsible for packages lost during return transit.

Inspection, Refunds, and Restocking Fee

All returned merchandise is subject to inspection upon receipt.

Approved returns that are not the result of a MO-CLAMP error will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection and approval. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a MO-CLAMP error.

Shipping Damage Claims

Customers must inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt.

Any damage that occurred during shipping must be reported to MO-CLAMP within five (5) business days of delivery.

To file a shipping damage claim:

  1. Retain all original packaging materials.
  2. Take clear photographs of the package and damaged product.
  3. Contact MO-CLAMP with the photos, order number, and a description of the damage.

Failure to report shipping damage within five (5) business days may affect claim eligibility.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or modified products
  • Special-order items
  • Discontinued products
  • Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, accident, or unauthorized repair
  • Products returned without prior authorization
