MO CLAMP, LLC warrants its manufactured products to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. To obtain warranty service, the product must be returned to MO CLAMP freight prepaid for inspection and evaluation. Warranty claims cannot be processed without the product being returned for examination. If MO-CLAMP determines that the product is defective in materials or workmanship, MO-CLAMP will, at its option:

1. Repair the product;
2. Replace the product with the same or a comparable product if repair is not practical; or
3. Refund the original purchase price if repair or replacement is not available.

Any repaired or replacement product will be returned freight prepaid by MO CLAMP.

This warranty applies only to defects in materials and workmanship and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, improper application, overloading, alteration, unauthorized repair, accident, corrosion, normal wear and tear, or any use contrary to the product’s intended purpose.

Products distributed but not manufactured by MO CLAMP are covered solely by the warranty, if any, provided by their respective manufacturers.

This warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by MO CLAMP and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

MO CLAMP’s liability is limited solely to the repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price of the defective product. Under no circumstances shall MO-CLAMP be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

MO CLAMP reserves the right to improve, modify, or discontinue products and product specifications without notice.
